10 Snacks Under 150 KCal

I recently dropped two dresses sizes. Well 'recently' referring to the past 6 months, it didn't happen over night, and I constantly get asked what my 'secrets' are. If you've followed this blog for a while you'll know I am the totally boring, none helpful person who tells you there are no real secrets (don't stop reading just yet) but I do have a couple of rules I religiously stick to and one of those is never snack on anything over 150 kcal. You'd be surprised how many things this cuts out - no chocolate bars, no slice of cake, no bread & butter but I thought, for those who want to follow in my foot steps, rather than tell you what this cuts out I want to share the things you can have.

Please be aware that I have an enormous sweet tooth, I am far from the person who snacks on carrot sticks, I like chocolate and I like sugar so don't expect any super healthy options to turn up on this list.

(1) Mini Milky Ways (96 kcal per bar)

(2) Freddos - caramel or plain (95kcal per bar)

(3) Propercorn (or any variation on 'healthy' popcorn) sweet 'n' salty (129kcal per bag) 
{available in most major supermarket chains}

(4) Fudge bars (110 kcal per bar)

(5) 2 digestive biscuits (140 kcal) 
{alternatively you could have 4 rich tea biscuits but to me they taste like dust} 

(6) 3 mini bags of haribo! (102 kcal)

(7) 2 fingered kit kat bar (106 kcal)

(8) 1 bounty bar (135 kcal)

(9) 5 (YES FIVE) Barratts flump bars (150kcal)

(10) {my favourite} Half a large tub of Haagen Dazs Vanilla Raspberry Swirl Frozen Yoghurt (150kcal)

Sometimes we need to indulge, and now you have no reason not to!
